Will alcohol affect my Keyto level?

Alcohol is detected by the Keyto Breath Sensor and may cause you to receive a falsely elevated score. If you are going to have an alcoholic drink, use Keyto prior to drinking to ensure your results are accurate. You should wait at least a few hours after your last drink before using Keyto. Remember, many alcoholic drinks are full of carbs (beer, wine, cocktails) so make sure you stick with low or zero carb varieties (spirits and dry wines) and drink in moderation!
