How often should I use Keyto?


We recommend you use your Keyto Breath Sensor 3 times per day:

  • in the morning before breakfast
  • midday before lunch
  • in the late afternoon or evening before dinner (and alcohol)

By following this routine, you have insight into your ketosis state over the course of the entire day. Each measurement will tell you how the foods you ate leading up to that test affected your body.
