What do I eat when I reach my goal weight?


There is no dietary option for weight maintenance that is both low in carbohydrate and fat.  As a result, you should continue to eat the same foods as during the weight loss phase with one modification, you can experiment with food more.  Still aim to keep your macro percentages pretty much the same at 70% fat, 20% protein, and 10% carbs to maintain ketosis.
