How Do I Deal With Cravings?


Many people miss carbs when first starting Keyto.  However, once you get past the first few weeks, you will experience less intense cravings. Give your body time to acclimate to its new fuel source and try some of these tips in the meantime:

  • Drink water, sparkling water, coffee, or tea
  • Try to distract yourself by taking a walk, calling a friend, or some other activity you enjoy doing
  • Eat a small Keyto-friendly snack
  • Wait. Hunger ebbs and flows and your craving is almost certain to subside.
