Goal: The goal of this phase is simply to get started on the Keyto Program and learn how it works. You do this by blowing into the device and getting your Keyto Level. That’s the primary goal! Do not worry about your actual Keyto Level being low!

Keyto will help you lose weight and improve how you feel in a simple and effective way.
All you need to do is get your Keyto level with your Keyto breath analyzer and follow a low-carb, high fat diet. Everything you need to know is here in the Keyto app and will be introduced to you automatically.
This is how it works:
1. Get your Keyto Level:
Tap the log button, then turn on your Keyto device, which will automatically connect to your phone via bluetooth. Blow into your Keyto device 3x a day to get a Keyto level. The higher the Keyto level, the better. If you get your score up and keep it up, you WILL succeed.
2. Eat a low carb high fat diet (ketogenic diet).
Your goal is to eat less than 30 grams of net carbs a day. How do you do that? You will get a personalized suggested meal plan every day on the “food” tab. In addition, you can learn about food items and get ideas by searching our Keyto food search, where all foods are classified by color code. Stick to green foods with limited yellow foods and you’ll be on your way.
3. Have fun!
Having fun is one of the most important elements for succeeding. Create or join a group for more support and a higher chance of success. That’s it!
