Asian Salmon Tataki Salad


This salad is tasty, satisfying and is a perfect Keyto meal.

Tip – Make a double or triple size of dressing and salmon so you can make future meals without the prep work.

Ingredients

  • 4-6 oz. Salmon
  • Handful Almonds
  • Greens or lettuce (As much as you want)
  • 1/2 medium Avocado
  • Sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1-2 tablespoons Mayo
  • 3 tablespoons Rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • Total – 5g Net Carbs

Directions

Step 1

Make dressing by combining mayo, vinegar, sesame oil and mixing. Optionally add salt, pepper, and sweetener (ie stevia) to taste.

Step 2

Slice salmon thin and sear on hot pan, just to brown each side.

Step 3

Place greens in large bowl

Step 4

Add dressing and mix

Step 5

Add salmon, almonds, avocado on top
