Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 4 tbsp butter, room temperature
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 tbsp Confectioners Swerve Sweetener
Instructions
- In a medium chilled bowl, use a whisk or fork to whip the cream. Refrigerate to keep cold.
- In a separate medium bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the butter, cocoa powder, cream cheese, and sweetener until thoroughly combined.
- Take the whipped cream out of the refrigerator. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture with a rubber scraper.
