Why?

Getting into ketosis dramatically improves weight loss success, especially when getting started.

When you reach Level 4 on the device, you’re in full ketosis, meaning your body is primarily using fat for energy. This is a good thing, especially when achieved with the heart-healthy options we recommend.

How?

You’ll have to make changes this week to your typical food choices. We find the program is most effective with full commitment.

For 7 days, mix and match between options A, B, or C for all of your meals. It will get you into ketosis with heart healthy foods, guaranteed.

Only eat foods on the list. The primary purpose this week is to simplify getting into ketosis without confusion or uncertainty. Find options on the list you can make or get easily, and repeat those meals often for 7 days. This guarantees you will get into ketosis – it may not be easy, but it will be worth it.

What else?

Do not worry about your weight.  The results will come.  Rather, focus on eating right and your levels on the Keyto device for these 7 days.

Do not be hungry,  but make a conscious effort to “follow your gut.” This means to not eat mindlessly, and stop eating when you are full (even if you have more on your plate). Sparkling water or coffee are great options if wanting a snack due to boredom.

Make olive oil your best friend. Drizzle it liberally on everything. It’s healthy, filling, and will supercharge success.

Have fun! Challenge yourself to increase levels on the device. It is rewarding and motivating.
