Top Meals to Get for Breakfast:

 

Hash Brown Scramble Bowl with Chicken (No Hash Browns)- It may feel weird to say “Hash brown scramble without the Hash Brown” but it’s actually pretty hefty and filling. You’ll get scrambled eggs, cheese, and three chopped chicken nuggets (!).

Macros are: 290 calories, 4g net carbs, 23g fat, 29g protein

 

Egg White Grill (No English Muffin)- Probably the leanest of the bunch. You’ll get half a grilled chicken breast, egg white, and American cheese. Throw one of the previously mentioned sauces on for extra taste if you need it.

Macros are: 150 calories, 1g net carbs, 6g fat, 21g protein

 

Chicken, Egg, and Cheese Bagel (No Bagel)- Another fried chicken option. You’ll get half a breast of fried chicken, American cheese, and an egg (folded).

Chicken Nuggets (8 piece)- It’s hard to say no to these. Indulge when you can. Don’t go above an eight piece. Pair with the Buffalo or Garlic & Herb Ranch.

Cobb Salad with Chopped Nuggets (No Corn, No Tomato)- If you have some room to spare and this is your main meal for the day this is great. You’ll get 8 chicken nuggets, chopped up on lettuce, cabbage, carrots, Monterey and Cheddar Cheese, bacon, and diced eggs. I’d go ranch dressing with this.
