In-N-Out Burger is a good option for special occassions. Their menu is simple and they are ready to accommodate. Keyword here is “Protein Style,” which will get you a lettuce wrapped burger.   Important note-unless you specify, your burger will automatically come with tomato, onions, and In-N-Out sauce (think Thousand Island dressing). Modify according to your taste. The In-N-Out sauce costs roughly 3-4g carbs. Sub it with mustard and pickles to save some carbs without sacrificing taste. They also have a few “secret menu items” which are included below.

Double Double, Protein Style- You’ll get two beef patties, two slices of American c cheese, tomato, onions (raw or grilled), and In-N-Out sauce all wrapped in lettuce.

3×3, Protein Style- A secret menu item. You’ll get three beef patties, three slices of American cheese, tomato, onions (raw or grilled), In-N-Out sauce, wrapped in lettuce.

4×4, Protein Style- A secret menu item. You’ll get four small beef patties, four slices of American cheese, tomato, onions (raw or grilled), In-N-Out sauce, wrapped in lettuce. You can also request on a bed of lettuce if the lettuce wrap feels unmanageable.

Macros are: 900 calories, 8g net carbs, 67g fat, 63g protein

Flying Dutchman- Just meat and cheese. You’ll get two beef patties and two slices of melted cheese.
