Top Meals to Get for Breakfast:
Steak & Egg Burrito in a Bowl (No Tortilla)– You’ll get some sliced steak, melted cheese, scrambled eggs, and pico de gallo. All for 1g net carbs.
Macros are: 470 calories, 1g net carbs, 31g fat, and 29g protein
Breakfast Burger (No Biscuit)- You’ll get beef patty with a folded egg, bacon, and a slice of cheese.
Macros are: 350 calories, 3g net carbs, 32g fat, and 28g protein
Loaded Breakfast Burrito in a Bowl (No Tortilla)- You’ll get eggs, cheese, ham, sausage crumbles and bacon bits, and pico de gallo. Great option alternative to the Steak burrito bowl.

Low Carb it Breakfast Bowl– This one is a great option, unfortunately only available at Hardees locations. Monster Biscuit (No Biscuit)- You’ll get a sausage patty, two slices of bacon, American AND Swiss cheese, and a folded egg. It’s also just cool to say “Monster Biscuit”

Top Meals to Get for Lunch/Dinner:
Low Carb it Thickburger (Lettuce wrapped)- I include saying “Lettuce wrapped” just to be safe. Special thumbs up to them for actually having a low carb burger ON the menu. If for any reason you don’t see it on there, don’t worry. They’ll know what it is. You can get a 1/2 pound beef patty with your choice of toppings. I’d recommend Swiss cheese, pickles and mayo. Make sure to request no ketchup.
Macros are (for 1/2 pound): 630 calories, 4g net carbs, 55g fat, 39g protein
Gluten Sensitive Guacamole Thickburger- You can also just say “lettuce wrapped” if you don’t want to say “gluten sensitive.” This ones great. Guacamole makes anything better in my opinion. You’ll get 1/2 pound beef patty, guacamole, lettuce, onion, tomato, and mayo in a lettuce wrap. Get rid of the tomatoes and/or onions to lower net carbs even further.
Macros are (with all toppings): 780 calories, 7g net carbs, 66g fat, 41g protein
Low Carb it Charbroiled Chicken Wrap- For the chicken lovers. You’ll get charbroiled chicken, two slices of bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo in a lettuce wrap.

Gluten Sensitive Famous Star with Cheese (No onions)- You’ll get a beef patty with pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, and American cheese. I take off the onions to lower the carbs even further.

Charbroiled Chicken Salad (No Croutons)- The best salad option for them. You’ll get chicken with shredded cheese, lettuce, onion, and tomato. Go with one of their three low carb dressings: Balsamic Vinaigrette (3g net carbs), Blue Cheese (2g net carbs), or House (5g net carbs).
